Need help?
I'm here.
Carry was built by someone who recognises the challenges of managing the mental load and wanted a tool to help. If something's not working — or you just want to talk to a human — please reach out.
I typically reply within two working days. Often faster.
Common questions
You can speak it (tap the microphone), photograph it (tap the camera, useful for school notes, schedules, or invitations), or type it manually. Carry sorts it into one of six categories automatically.
Because the mental load isn't really infinite — most of what you carry falls into a handful of recurring shapes. Six categories keeps Carry usable instead of overwhelming. This may evolve over time based on how people actually use it.
Voice recognition is more reliable on newer iPhones (iOS 14.5 and later). Make sure you've granted microphone permission to Carry in Settings → Carry → Microphone. If it's still not working, email me with your iPhone model and iOS version and I'll help.
Yes — tap any item to open it, then edit the text or remove it. Recurring items can be modified or stopped from the same screen.
Carry uses encrypted cloud storage so your items are available across your devices and won't be lost if you change phones. Your data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI models. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Email hello@carry-the-app.com from the address you used to sign up and your account will be permanently deleted, along with all associated data, within seven days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.
Yes — Carry is currently free while I learn what works for the people who use it. If paid features are introduced in the future, existing users will be notified well in advance.
Not yet. The focus right now is getting iOS right first. If you'd like to be notified when an Android version arrives, email me and I'll add you to a list.
Right now Carry is designed for one person — the one doing the mental load math. Shared and household features may come in a future version. Let me know if you'd want this.
Still stuck?

About Carry
Carry was built for the partner, the parent, the person who keeps a household running on memory alone. It's an attempt to make the invisible work visible — and a little less heavy.
Made in southwest France with care.
